Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
"The Venue" refers to The Pavilion Dudley, 171-173 High Street, Dudley, DY1 1QD. "The Client" refers to the individual or organisation making a booking. "Event" refers to the function or occasion booked at the Venue.
2. Bookings & Deposits
All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a deposit has been received and a booking confirmation issued in writing by The Pavilion Dudley. Booking enquiries submitted via our website do not constitute a confirmed booking.
3. Venue Policies
- The Pavilion Dudley is a strictly Halal, non-alcoholic venue. No alcohol may be brought onto or consumed on the premises at any time.
- All food brought to or served at the venue must comply with Halal requirements.
- The Client is responsible for the conduct of all guests during the event.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the venue.
- The Venue reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
4. Capacity
The maximum capacity of the venue is 600 persons. This limit must not be exceeded at any time. The Client is responsible for ensuring guest numbers remain within the agreed capacity.
5. Damage & Liability
The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the Venue, its fixtures, fittings or equipment by the Client or their guests. The Pavilion Dudley accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises by the Client or their guests.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual booking agreement. Deposits are generally non-refundable. We strongly recommend taking out appropriate event insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
7. Force Majeure
The Pavilion Dudley shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disaster, pandemic, fire or government restriction.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The terms applicable to your booking are those in force at the time your booking is confirmed.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
